About Samuel

Samuel’s bottom line is giving people an amazing experience. He’s fueled by his wife’s pancake breakfasts, figuring out new solutions to tricky problems, and the deep satisfaction of seeing his customers' surprise and excitement by high quality repairs.

As a teenager, learning, building, and innovation went hand-in-hand (quite literally) for Samuel. He disassembled, rebuilt, and often reconfigured any machine, engine, or tool he could get his hands on.

His experimenting grew into rebuilding and fixing equipment and he earned a reputation for figuring out complex issues, paying attention to the details, and finding ways to create the best results possible.

Now as GIR Powersports grows, he’s excited about his vision of building a company that provides outstanding experiences, keeps his clients’ off-road vehicles adventure-ready, and creates careers for others in his community.

When Samuel steps out of the shop, he's hanging out with family, hunting, or digging into more information about machinery and equipment. When presented with a challenging engine issue, a 4-wheeler ride through the woods is his go-to method for clearing his head.
